How do I return a part? How do I get refund?
At Urban Voyage, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make it simple to return eligible parts. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return and refund process.
How to Request a Return
· Contact our Customer Service team by phone at --- or email us at --- during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST).
· A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
Damaged Shipments
· Inspect all packages carefully upon delivery. Even if the box looks intact, internal damage may still occur during transit.
· If a part arrives damaged, accept the delivery and notify Customer Service immediately at --- with proof of damage (photos recommended).
· Claims for damage must be reported promptly to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Freight Shipments
· For large freight deliveries (e.g., engines, transmissions), carefully check both the packaging and the part itself before signing for delivery.
· If damage is detected, accept the shipment and contact Customer Service right away for return authorization.
· Important: Attached components such as switches, sensors, hoses, belts, water pumps, or manifolds are not covered under warranty. Any refusal based on damage to these non-warrantied accessories may result in shipping and handling fees being deducted from your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Parts
· If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact Customer Service for assistance.
· We will arrange a replacement order and provide an RA number for the return.
· Replacement parts will be shipped once the original part is in transit back to us and any applicable freight charges are paid.
Refused Shipments & Failed Deliveries
· If you refuse a shipment or a delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order will be returned to us.
· You will be credited for the part(s) cost only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
· Please allow up to 14 business days for credits to appear after returned items are processed.
Return Conditions
· Returns must be made within 30 days from the original invoice date.
· Returned parts must be:
· - In “as new” condition
· - Unused, unmodified, and uninstalled
· - In original packaging, or otherwise securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping
· The RA number must be clearly written on the shipping label.
· A copy of the original invoice must be included in the package.
· Customers are responsible for proper return shipping and associated costs.
· We cannot issue credit for items damaged in return transit, installed, modified, or painted parts.
Refunds
· Refunds are issued after the part has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was received damaged or shipped incorrectly.
· Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection and credited to your original payment method.
Policy Discretion
· Urban Voyage reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
· Installing or modifying a part before return authorization will automatically void eligibility for refund or replacement.
